David Haupt is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and Senior Aerospace & Defense Executive with more than 35 years of combined military and civilian leadership experience in flight test and evaluation, special operations aviation, and classified defense programs. Throughout his career, he has led complex Department of War acquisition, operational and developmental flight test, and advanced aviation initiatives at the Pentagon, Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), and across multiple joint-service organizations. His expertise spans defense modernization, strategic program execution, operational leadership, and mission-critical aerospace operations.

COO – Tomas Ondra

Tomas Ondra brings a strong background in engineering, electrical systems, entrepreneurship, and large-scale project execution, providing ForgePoint Dynamics with a systems-oriented approach to operational excellence and strategic growth. As a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor, he has successfully managed complex commercial and industrial development projects through every phase — from concept and design to construction and completion. His experience in project management, infrastructure development, and operational planning directly supports the company’s long-term manufacturing and facility expansion objectives.

CMO – Chuck Stansell

As Chief Manufacturing Officer, Chuck brings over 45 years of distinguished leadership in maintenance, production operations, and reliability management within large-scale industrial metals fabrication and manufacturing facilities. With extensive experience at Constellium (Wise Alloys), National Alabama Corporation/Navistar, ABB, and Reynolds Metals Company, he has built and led high-performing multi-craft teams of up to 200+ employees, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, orchestrated greenfield facility startups and major operational transitions (such as railcar to Class A truck manufacturing), and implemented CMMS and preventative maintenance programs that delivered exceptional results. Chuck’s hands-on expertise in combustion systems, multi-craft supervision, safety leadership, outage coordination, and cross-functional team development directly supports ForgePoint Dynamics’ manufacturing reliability, facility expansion, and high-volume precision production objectives in the defense industrial base.

CIO – Dr. Richard O. Murphy

Richard brings more than 30 years of expertise in educational technology and instructional systems design. As program manager for a flagship initiative at the Alabama Department of Education, he led strategic planning, budgeting, cost analysis, program evaluation, and data analytics efforts that strengthened decision-making and resource optimization. He also serves as an instructor at the undergraduate and graduate levels and has written several courses in web and graphic design, further bridging theory with practical application. Complementing this foundation, he offers extensive hands-on experience with business applications, financial analysis, production tracking, and operational reporting.
